I taught a restorative yoga class this morning, I love teaching restorative. Restorative yoga is a great way to be conscious of how you take care of yourself. It's not just about resting and relaxing, but about how you create a space for yourself as well. Rather than piling up props just to get to the posture of relaxation, explore what it's like to "mindfully" create that support for yourself. Do you see any pattern, that's familiar from your daily life?
